Panoramic Ocean View - Luxe Beach Retreat

This is a beautifully updated home located just one block from the beach boardwalk. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are well appointed. There are lovely water views from the primary bedroom as well as from the third-floor living area and balconies. The garage is a bit tight, but it can accommodate two cars with some careful parking.The home is accurately represented in the website photos and description. Its location is excellent, providing easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the area.

This property was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach, restaurants/cafes and The Strand for walks was priceless. Sitting at the fire pit at night listening to the ocean was bliss. The home was well appointed and had the basics for cooking and cleaning so we didn’t have to shop for that while on vacation. There were plenty of towels for the beach and bath for our family of four and the bed linens were dreamy. We had a slight issue with a wall of outlets and the stove not working on our first night and the property manager got an electrician out the next day (Sunday) to get it fixed which allowed us to cook meals at home. We were able to take a few trips into LA to shop and sightsee and were happy to leave the hustle and bustle behind to come back to our quiet little neighborhood. The best bit was being told our instructions for check out: shut off the lights and AC and lock up…the cleaning crew would do the rest. It allowed for less stress as we headed to the airport. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The house is spacious, clean, well-appointed, very comfortable and in a great location. Communication is exemplary with the property management company. I highly recommend staying at this place . . . and we will definitely be back.
